Fran – maybe the MSS should consider joining forces with the IMSA, as we are experiencing growth, especially internationally with chapters in Singapore, Europe and Brazil!

I applaud your goals.
One suggestion: Provide a way for other bloggers in the industry to exchange information and especially links.
Reciprocal links would benefit all.
We could learn from one another, offer added value to our readers, as well as gain exposure.
Another idea: Feature one blog or medspa each week.
More: Polls for Best Practices. I realize you are a consulting firm but each medspa is unique, e.g., not all are associated with an existing practice, not all offer laser lipo, everyone carries different retail products, etc.

The Medical Spa Society is a business trade association thus if we were to do a blog link exchange it would be for business blogs in the world of aesthetic medicine not necessarily consumer blogs.
