Double Your Sales with a Patient Coordinator

When Acara begins working with a new client, whether it is a Medical Spa or Cosmetic Practice, one of the first areas that we look at is their sales system.  Specifically we are looking for the point person who is responsible for managing the sales pipeline.  Most of the time, there is not a dedicated individual responsible for the sales function.

One reason why Acara has been so successful in doubling sales at Medspas and Cosmetic Practices is that we always implement a Sales System that is managed by a dedicated individual.  That person may carry the title: Patient Coordinator, Manager, Sales Consultant or Treatment Consultant but no-matter what the title is they always have the same responsibility.  That person is accountable for insuring that all leads are properly captured, converted to consults and then converted to clients/patients.
